most notable by the non discriminatory attitude towards participants and taking on any referrals. Not many men in the clinical team may indicate a limit to diversity.

Maternity leave is very low at 12 weeks compared to other companies in the same sector. This is disappointing seeing as allied health is a female dominated industry.

Sometimes I feel the company is a bit performative with diversity e.g. rainbow banners in email signatures or pronouns, rather than actually hiring LGBTQI+ team members and progressing them (at least in my experience). I also think team members should be offered an alternative public holiday to Jan 26th.

Good workplace diversity

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Fair conduct and cultural awareness, mobile services, telehealth - health professionals meet participants within a safety of their home
