What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I feel I am well paid however, looking forward to progressing and being paid appropriately

Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Feb 2022

Graduate, Sydney - 11 Feb 2022
a good idea to keep us motivated and going
Graduate, Perth - 11 Feb 2022
I think the company should be providing a vehicle or much larger vehicle payment package as there is a lot of driving and fuel costs have gone up dramatically. I think there is quite high salaries being offered with other companies so to compete with this, it would be time for Salary to go up, by approximately $15,000
Midlevel, Perth - 11 Feb 2022
Pay is quite good for a new graduate, it is also one of the reasons why I chose this company, they seem to be leading the market.

Company was hesitant to give me pay rise when asked however was able to negotiate this. However will have to say discussions with salary is not a good look with this company as they seemed a bit stingy..
Graduate, Melbourne - 04 Feb 2022
The graduate pay is in line with other companies, and there is a bonus structure available once you finish the graduate program based on exceeding the billable hours targets.
Graduate, Brisbane - 04 Feb 2022
Can higher a little bit
Graduate, VIC - 03 Feb 2022
Bonuses seem to only come when you go above their KPI's which seems difficult to achieve.
Graduate, SEQ - 03 Feb 2022
Bonuses don't work for OT's due to new KPI's, we can meet the billables but the KPI's are frequently out of our control. I don't anticipate I will ever get a bonus. I am sure other companies are paying more now
Graduate, Perth - 02 Feb 2022
Very clearly explained how they work and how to meet them
Graduate, Perth - 02 Feb 2022
Pay is pretty standard for new grad OT, car allowance included within salary which is good as need car for work, bonuses for reaching above KPI's (based on hours)

I think they are in line with the average
