Accenture currently has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Analyst in their Sydney - Barangaroo office. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team delivering digital marketing expertise to the Australia and New Zealand market, and an integral part of growing our business!

We are partnering with our client to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue
  • Provide consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Take responsibility for helping SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support
  • Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an Account Management or Sales role
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising campaigns to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and performance advertising is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical skills that enable you to draw insights, identify improvements and assess campaign performance;
  • Focus on delighting SMB clients by driving the right advertising product adoption for the right client
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
  • Sales aptitude; exhibiting ability to empathize with customer and meet targets
  • Ooze consultative selling and customer empathy all the time
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly
