What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
There is a big focus on volunteering and opportunities to contribute are sent out regularly in email communications and there is a platform to look for more opportunities as well. Contributions are recognised in performance reviews and a day worth of paid volunteering leave is available to all employees.

They have many volunteer opportunities such as working the Salvos, encouraging initiatives like September and opportunities where employees can volunteer to teach school kids IT skills. They offer volunteer leave where you can still be paid your normal work hours

I believe Accenture has very strong values in social responsibility. There are lots of initiatives going on from collecting coffee cups in the office to limiting the air flights trips of employees due to pollution. I have been collecting plastic lids to support the recycling campaign running in Canberra in favor of sick children.
