My role as an analyst is to analyse data and system requirements of the client. My day-to-day responsibilities depend on the phase of the project I am on but will require analysis, reporting, and organisation.

I am a Software Engineer for the company that I am contracted out to. This can involve anything from writing code to complete business problems to writing Unit tests, manual testing and writing automation scripts on a day-to-day basis.

PDMO - project and HR management

Working in a team to deliver a solution for client. Tasks include developing features for a website

Depending on which project you get assigned, this can vary. Personally, the project I've been assigned is not busy at all. There are days or weeks that I don't do any work at all as my supervisor is too busy doing his own things to even assigned or teach me anything. When I do have tasks to do, it is mostly just sending emails, scheduling meetings, creating spreadsheets etc. very easy job that even a high school student can do. But I guess it's a good thing since I'm getting paid for it.

My role is a Salesforce functional consultant and my day-to-day includes documenting business needs and requirements and also supporting the development team with their build. I also host a stand up 2x a week involving the stream leads.

While project-wise, it wasn't really something that I like, there are many interesting working groups outside of your project, doing work (e.g. research, analysis and etc.) for different working group is really enjoyable.

A lot of my day to day revolves around coordinating between teams to deal with critical incidents that are occurring within the client business. Minimizing the impact it would have on stakeholders, by improving processes and performing deep analysis on business improvement opportunities.

I work as a developer for Salesforce. I just create stuff for that.

I am an application developer and do application configuration and bug fixes.

I have not put on a project yet, but I spend my time learning as there are a lot of learning opportunities.

Project management tasks

Work at the start can be difficult to find, but the work itself when you find it is very interesting.

Working with developers to do test work and documenting business requirements.

At the moment I am just working on bids and business development work, lots of support through training

Client engagement, data analysis, deliverable preparation, overall support to wider team (consultants and managers).

attending meetings, checking emails, trainings, writing documents

supporting project managers with administration work, attending meetings and creating minutes

Leadership support - assist with sales growth, Statements of Work, Partner relationship, team stewardship e.g. recruiting, training, certification

Role is in automation testing - I'm appropriately prepared for it, but it is not creative or what I was hoping to do when I joined.
