Working Hours at Accenture Australia and New Zealand

8.5
8.5 rating for Working Hours, based on 46 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Hours will depend on the type of project, but for me specifically, I work with people both on and offshore and there is normally no necessity to work overtime to accommodate the offshore team - we have a daily stand up meeting prior to me finishing - and the hours of start and finish can be quite flexible in that regard. Most important is that the work is getting completed.

Pretty flexible and allows you to set the start of your day as long as you complete your 7.5 hours. I usually start between 8:30 and 9:30 and I like that when working from home I can exercise at lunch

Hours are set and can vary depending on your client. My position is good in that I do not have to take much work away when I log off for the day. I am also able to work hybrid in my current position

Very flexible, lots of people WFH, unless you were specifically asked to work in the client's office

I work from home, which is awesome and due to my project leads overall management of the project, there is little over time needed and this gives a great work/life balance.

You are contracted for a certain amount of hours, but no one expects you to be up all night trying to complete the work. They are also very flexible when it comes to taking a day off or some time off.

I have not had any issues with the work hours, so it is difficult to comment. But I can say that company supports people in many ways. I don't see any issues if I need to discuss any special working arrangements. I think it will be possible to find solution.

The company keeps a reasonably standard 9-5.30 for the most part, but are very happy to accommodate flexibility where your work allows.

The company is very flexible in terms of when and where I can work, as long as I do my required hours.

it depends on the project. but as long as I get my 8 hours of work done and attend meetings it is ok. I personally work more hours in my spare time to reduce the workload of those around me and improve team moral

Quite flexible. We are completely flexible in terms of where you work, there is no requirement to be in the office if you do not want to go in. In terms of hours, they are really great about letting you sort your hours how you want.
