Great Culture, my team is really close knit and thus we have a great culture we are able to have fun but also are able to work hard and keep each other accountable. Everyone is also extremely helpful and willing to share knowledge and help me develop my knowledge.

Team works as a cohesive unit. Minimal barrier between junior and senior personnels. Very easy to make new friends, and plenty of experience sharing.

The company has a great culture, it's a Spanish company so you hear a lot of interesting stories of people coming from many different Spanish speaking countries. The work culture is positive with many people wanting to assist you where possible.

Hard to comment on the company culture as a whole as it seems to differ from project to project but as a whole, I think the culture is friendly, collaborative and social. Alexa

Team culture is strong with many disciplines working together with genuine shared goals. Good social events to facilitate after hours socialising. Upper management is hard to interact with until you're "in"

The Geotechnical Engineering division of ACCIONA is structured in a way that allows management to interact seamlessly with engineers, designers and administrators. My manager is Geotechnical Engineering's Construction Manager, who is also the manager of majority of engineers. The Design Manager manages the designers and estimators in our team. The Operations Manager oversees blue collar staff and workshop equipment. Each manager reports to the chief of each area. This allows the operation of Geotech to run efficiently. Engineers have a weekly meeting every Monday to provide progress reports to management. This also keeps everyone up to date with what is happening on each project so if a switch in staffing needs to take place, everyone is in the loop. In relation to the social aspect of the company, Friday drinks in the kitchen downstairs are a common occurrence in the main office, whereas onsite crews often catchup at the end of the week. There are also several events throughout the year including a golf day and numerous conferences for people to attend.

The culture in the office is extremely welcoming and focused on creating an excellent product for the people of Sydney. I feel like everyone in higher up positions are open and approachable for any problems or solutions I may have. I feel uplifted in the office.

In the office, the culture is work focussed and professional. Colleagues with more experience are always willing to give time to those, such as myself, who have less experience. There isn't much socializing amongst colleagues that I'm aware, nor is it important to me as I want to do my work, then go home

Friendly and approachable. Always willing to give each other a hand. Everyone is treated with respect. Have developed friendships with many of my workmates and even get together outside of work. The work environment definitely promotes teamwork at all levels of the business, with each level of personnel working together. The workplace is extremely sociable both during work hours and outside of work hours.

I strongly believe that Acciona treat their employees equally well. I do not feel discriminated or left out. I feel supported by the team and HR. The work environment is friendly and NOT toxic.

In the office, people tend to respect each other's cultural backgrounds while I hope to see more females on site.

The people are very welcoming and we have a few team meeting in the office and after hours which is great. It is intimating to socialize with some people since there is an age gap.

The company's culture can be a challenging, intense one, but it can also be fun and welcoming. We work on very challenging projects and often face quite stressful situations, but there is an emphasis on working together as a team to solve these issues and never going it alone. The structure and hierarchy can be a little difficult to understand and navigate as a graduate, but that is part of the process of learning the ropes of the company and understanding the corporate environment on a whole. Social events were more frequent on my previous project, as we are currently in the busy site establishment phase on WHT, but opportunities to socialise amongst colleagues are ramping up and I have found several colleagues I will stay in touch with for a long time.

Culture in the company is very clear with a great desire to achieve success and foster career growth for all employees. Within the office there is a great balance between working hard and enjoying and learning. Outside the office there is regular activities and social engagements as well as various fundraising activities and community engagements.

I find that at corporate there are not as many team bonding initiatives as there are on Project so the culture lacks a little bit.
