What we’re looking for:

  • An enthusiastic Engineer who wants to pursue a hands-on career in Electrical Control Systems who has completed, or is about to complete a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Proactivity, energy and drive
  • Exposure to systems such as DCS, Citect SCADA software, process instrumentation and PLC programming highly desired
  • Commitment to safety and the environment
  • Flexibility to travel

The Role

  • In the first year of the Program you will work with industry leading experts on projects in our large Cement and Lime manufacturing plants driving quality, productivity and cost improvements
  • In your second year you will have autonomy reviewing existing assets, driving improvements and reliability
  • You will also gain unique exposure to the decommissioning of a major plant and commissioning of a new cutting-edge plant.
