Working diligently and building up your connections with your peers and (most importantly) the graduate cohort you are with. It all helps when you are looking for a promotion in terms of recommendations by others along with positive feedback.

The graduate project has no wriggle room and is a set in stone two year program. I think this should be reassessed dependent on the overall graduates as some do a lot more than others.

Our grad program is 2 years and then we get promoted to professional - then roughly after 5 years you get promoted to Senior. So the career progression is good just the PAY IS BAD

It is hard to move teams, and then getting experience in the team or field you want to work in. Therefore, hard moving up the ranks as I am not getting the experience I want.

I think its quite bad at the low levels, very rigid. But have seen good things after 3 years. I am very frustrated at the homogenous approach for everyone in the first 3 years.

Within the graduate role you remain in your position for 2 years before mvoing into a professional role, which is pretty standard at most workplaces.

Graduates all get the same promotion (2 years) and it seems like first year professionals also get the same promotion. I think after your third year is when your performance determines your promotion.

Promotion from being a graduate is almost guaranteed after 2 years. After that its up to what the teams needs, you experience and how much you contribute.
