Depends on how brave you are, some people use the flexibility while others are scared of it. It's never been clear how flexible hours can be used.

9am to 5pm. The company can be very flexible with how you work those hours. Some people will start at 7am and finish at 3pm. Others will start later and finish later. As long as we are doing the 8 hours a day - or making up the hours on other days to get to a 40 hour week. Working From Home once a week is a luxury. it really helps me as I tend to get a lot more done when I work from home.

Most of the time I am doing 40 hours but certain deadlines in the past have required me to do overtime - including working in the weekends

I stick to my 8 hours pretty well and very often work my hours around other stuff that is going on in my life. I very much enjoy doing activities outside of the office and after work, so the flexible work hours are very important to me.

Hours are very flexible as long as they're communicated clearly, don't need to worry much about appointment times etc., as the option to WFH is also available.

It is not flexible due to needing to be present for construction phase support. Hoping for it to improve when I move to design.

Our Company is really flexible on our hours, if it works for your manager and the client then it is all good. Most work 40hrs a week, we have a few people who work between 3 and 4 days a week, with them being able to do that as reduced hours as well. We have a couple of team members who are coming back from maternity leave that are only in the office one day a week. You can shift hours around as needed for appointments or just life in general. A high proportion of the team come in before 8am and leave before 5pm, and we can work evenings as well if we take afternoons off.

Very flexible, as long as you make all your commitments people don't seem to mind what time of day you work your hours

Typically 40 hrs per week.

I think it could be more flexible. It is all good working from home but I would like more emphasis on coming into the office for part of the day. Currently I feel as though tha tis frowned upon

Very flexible within a week. Not that flexible from one week to another, but as long as a week adds to 40hrs, you are ok. They generally want you to be available during key business hours. Very flexible with work from home etc.

I work from 40-50 hours a week. As a young graduate who needs more pay. I do not mind working overtime. AECOM allows us to work paid overtime as long as it is justified so I am generally pleased.
