Turnover seems to be relatively high however that is expected in this climate and industry, have not come across any negative attitudes surrounding diversity or discrimination.

Overall there needs to be more diversity, particularly at higher levels. The proportion of women within the workforce is on the right track but it doesn't go up the levels. Very few indigenous employees for the size of the business. Some good LGBTIQA+ advocacy but could do more in the office.

The diversity at AECOM is good however, there are few Indigenous employees. AECOM offers great incentives for parental leave and is appreciated by parents for the flexible work options.
