Interview and assessments seemed appropriate

cannot remember. Not too hard.
Professional Engineer, Auckland - 10 Nov 2023
Cover Letter, one way video, online assessment, group/single interview in the same session, then final talk with manager.
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
There were a lot of steps in the process for the grad program, a test, online video questions, a group assessment, then a single interview face to face.
Professional, Brisbane - 09 Nov 2023
Online assessment, video interview and face to face interview with 2 managers.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
Long process but reasonable process/assessments. Allowed you to demonstrate different skills.
Graduate, Adelaide - 09 Nov 2023
It was good.
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
I feel like there were so many hoops to jump through to do the formal grad process and so much time you needed to put into it and was a huge stress and time burden, especially during uni. I know other grads who did not have to do the formal process and still got the same position. I feel like it could have been shortened or done all in one go.
Graduate, Perth - 09 Nov 2023
There was a personality test, an IQ test, reading comprehension test, maths test, short answer questions, one way video interview, phone call, then an interview with the team lead and HR
Professional, Brisbane - 09 Nov 2023
There is an online video assessment prior to a group interview so it is quite a long process. I understand removing many people from the process it's necessary but it's quite a lot.
Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Nov 2023
Generally very rigorous with multiple stages including psychometric, IQ testing, assessment centre and final interview. Assessment centre was held online.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
Multiple rounds of online assessments. Assessment centre via teams with group and individual interviews. Overall it was a smooth process and each stage felt relevant to the job applied for.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
I had the interview in the beginning of the year (JAN), which was different with the normal process. I had the phone interview and the psychrometric test, then I skipped the assessment centre and had interview with the senior engineer and the technical lead.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Smooth and streamlined
Graduate, Perth - 08 Nov 2023
The interview process was better than most I experienced and my interviewer friendly and really great to chat to. It was part of the reason I took the role over others.
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Nov 2023
Assessment centers were used as a hiring process for the graduate program at AECOM. It was the most elaborate interview process, but very fun and different
Professional, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
A psychometric test, one pre-recorded self-interview, and 1-on-1 interview.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
3 parts, submit Cv, video and then online exam and then final interview, where it was like a workshop with a one on one interview at the end
Graduate, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
I first applied, got an email to confirm my application was successful and moved onto the video assessment. However, my interview process was different in the sense that I did not have to attend the group assessment centre as I lived in Melbourne and applied for a role in Perth. The job interview was smooth and there was a great level correspondence both before and after.
Graduate, Perth - 08 Nov 2023
I joined as an undergraduate. The recruitment process involved a gamified online assessment, phone interview with the recruiter and final panel interview with the recruiter, senior engineer and team leader via microsoft teams.
Professional Engineer, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
What questions were you asked in your interviews?

Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
What excites you about working in structural engineering? What are examples where you have worked well in a group? ...
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
The general aptitude test was horrendous and irrelevant, the general self-recorded questions were dull and very generalised. The in-person interview was great, my team leads were welcoming, and we did some team activities. I feel their questions, pertaining more to my personality and work ethic etc were relevant and allowed me to show my personality.
Graduate, Perth - 09 Nov 2023
Previous experience and discipline specific questions.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
