Good racial diversity, not a whole lot of women but that is changing recently as we're seeing the proportion of women increase in the office.

Gender diversity isn't great right now, but not to any fault of management. Seems to be a male dominated industry, and the candidates applying are primarily male. However, there is a good trend with more females joining the company, and management is aware of our gender imbalance and is working on improving it.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
All living expenses / relocation costs are paid for during internship (during which you are paid well).

I believe we accept resumes and consider anyone who applies, regardless of background, and everyone goes through the same process so they are on an even footing

Our application process is based mostly on performance. Relocation bonuses are given to those who are not from Sydney, which encourages out of state students to apply!
