A few online quizzes, followed by a technical phone screen, then another harder technical phone screen followed by a behavioral interview. The Recruitment team is very helpful if you have questions.

Show intellectual curiosity. Read up on basic statistics and be familiar with expected value problems. Demonstrate an interest in financial markets

Review your probability. Don't be afraid if you can't answer the question straight away. You are also being assessed on how quickly you can respond to hints given by the interviewer and how you can logically think on your feet under pressure.
