What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is very competitive for a graduate program and increases quickly. I would have some form of travel compensation due to the distance I travel to Wagerup every day.

Compared to other companies, the pay as a first year graduate at Alcoa is slightly lower. However, knowing that it increases each year is great incentive.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Most unusual perk is the day off each month which I love. Also having three sites to visit all within 2 hours of each other. I enjoy the monthly grad days also.
