My training as been very on the go, particularly as I was previously a vac student and some gaps have not been filled. I am often learning how to do things as they come up and this requires me to ask for help however there are plenty of resources available to help me.
Graduate, Wagerup - 02 May 2023
Many opportunities to enroll in training and learning opportunities. Job specific electrical training that provide good foundational knowledge as well as general learning on graduate days about other aspects of the business, and frequent career development days organised for us.
Graduate, Pinjarra WA - 01 May 2023
Attending AIM for business/ management courses is a really good opportunity. Informally, my colleagues are always open to showing me around and teaching me new things - I appreciate the amount of informal training that I receive from others helping upskill me. So far I've picked up some presentation and communication skills at a formal AIM course, but also skills with Alcoas computer systems (excel, uniformance, AWAprops).

Not much formal training and some internal training available. However, these are also often not very task specific.
