Are you an innovative thinker looking to help drive Australia’s transition to sustainable and renewable energy solutions? Alinta Energy is seeking bright minds to join its dynamic graduate program, launching in March 2025 in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.

Their tailored graduate program is designed to set you up for success, providing broad exposure to all areas of the business through discipline-aligned rotations. The program will also offer the opportunity to travel to their interstate offices and power generation sites to give you the chance to learn from their subject matter experts. At Alinta Energy, you are not just a number, you will be a critical part of the business, working closely with senior leadership and industry-leading experts. You will also be part of the solution as they work towards a sustainable and renewable energy future.

About you

Are you passionate about the future of sustainable and renewable energy? They are looking for detail-oriented and creative thinkers who are ready to take on the challenge of Australia’s renewable energy future.

They are looking for students completing a bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Economics / Finance
  • Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management
  • Data Analytics

Eligibility criteria:

  • Be able to start a full-time role based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth in March 2025
  • Hold an Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of your application
  • Completed / be completing your undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in 2023 or 2024
