At Ampol, we recognise the important role we need to play in Australia’s reconciliation efforts ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have equitable participation in Australian society and where all Australians respect the long heritage and culture of First Australians.

Our aim is to enhance opportunities to build and maintain relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait peoples and businesses and invest in important youth education programs. Ampol takes steps to educate and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and give back to communities through initiatives such as our employee-led Indigenous Trailblazers group and our partnerships with Clontarf Foundation and Stars Foundation.
