LGBTQ+ at Ampol

Over the past few years, the Ampol Rainbow Alliance – our employee-led LGBTQIA+ advocacy group – has helped drive allyship and alliance opportunities, in which all employees can be involved.

We have seen our results in the Australia Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) go from strength to strength, and through our culture survey, know that Diversity & Inclusion at Ampol is something that bonds us together and makes us proud to work at Ampol.

Glampol is also an exciting, rainbow campaign dedicated to celebrating and showing Ampol's support for the LGBTQIA+ community. The Glampol campaign aims to raise funds for Minus18 – one of our Ampol Foundation community charities that support the mental health of Australian youth of diverse sexualities and genders through social inclusion, education, advocacy and youth empowerment.
