Very thorough initially, it can be tricky to get through all the steps. But the interview process was great, they made sure you were really comfortable and I didn't feel super nervous thanks to that.

The assessments were fun and engaging, and didn't intimidate me as much as some of the other organisations I have applied at. The video interviews were great way to share who I am with ANZ, and the in person assessment centre was engaging, thought-provoking yet supported by the interviewers.
