Your role

At APA, the mission is clear: to strengthen communities through responsible energy. The APA Internship Program offers a distinctive opportunity for students to gain valuable industry experience and explore career paths within their chosen field. Over a twelve-week period, interns will enhance their technical knowledge, develop skills, and build a professional network while contributing to meaningful projects. You will work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced and talented professionals, gaining insights and support that ensure they are active, valued contributors to APA’s strategy for climate change and the transition to net zero.

Sustainability at APA means conducting business responsibly, contributing positively to society, and respecting and protecting the environment. APA is committed to these principles, partnering with and enhancing communities while maintaining high social and environmental standards.

Training & development

APA’s paid Intern Programs are part of a structured 12-week initiative running from November to February each year. Similar to the graduate program, interns receive ongoing support and are entrusted with meaningful work designed to maximize their growth and deliver tangible results for the business. Throughout the twelve weeks, interns will build their network and gain industry experience through working with a team aligned to their field of study, participating in onboarding and induction processes, receiving on-the-job training, attending tailored learning sessions, and engaging in social events and networking opportunities.
