Your role

The APA Graduate Program offers a full-time, permanent position for participants to rotate through various Sustainability and Corporate Affairs teams over four consecutive six-month periods.

The Sustainability and Corporate Affairs division manages relationships with key external stakeholders, such as media outlets, economic regulators, government entities, and the broader community. Additionally, they support the American Psychological Association (APA) with strategic communications, branding initiatives, social media management, and digital resources.

The APA Graduate Program – Sustainability & Corporate Affairs stream provides a unique opportunity to complete three six-month rotations within core teams including:

  • The Sustainability & Community Team
  • The Corporate Affairs Team
  • The Corporate Branding Team
  • The Government & Industry Relations Team

Plus, you’ll complete an additional 6-month rotation in a complementary team aligned to your career pathway as part of your initial two-year program to develop broad internal relationships and a wide business perspective.

About you

Eligibility:

  • Degree qualified by the end of 2024, and within the last 2 years
  • Located within reasonable travel time to their Brisbane office
  • Willingness to continue your learning and be a part of a greater national Graduate team
  • Able to demonstrate the APA behaviours: Accountable, Collaborative, Courageous, Impactful & Nimble
  • Available to start your full-time career on 3rd March 2025
