Your role

Technology partners with all business units to deliver end-to-end technology solutions and services, which are secure, compliant, and contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives and goals.

The APA Graduate Program – Technology stream provides a unique opportunity to complete 6-month rotations in both Operational Technology and Enterprise Security.

The Operational Technology Team ensures APA has appropriate real-time asset technologies and applications, data, and solutions aligned with APA’s energy technologies, to run and grow the operational business.

The Enterprise Security Team is accountable for protecting against and mitigating risks, related to technology, information, and the physical environment through the management of risk and actionable insight.

The program is for the first 2 years, with 4 x 6-month rotations through a variety of Technology teams.

One rotation from the following:

  • Technology Services and Operations
  • Technology Enablement and Acceleration
  • Strategy, Transformation, and Analytics

The location for this role is flexible and hybrid, however, to be able to learn effectively from your mentors and fellow team members, it is important you are based out of the Sydney or Brisbane offices, to get the full support you need.

About you

Here's what APA Group is looking for in this role:

  • Degree qualified by the end of 2024, and within the last 2 years
  • Located within reasonable travel time to Syndey or Brisbane offices
  • Willingness to continue your learning and be a part of a greater national Graduate team
  • Able to demonstrate the APA behaviours: Accountable, Collaborative, Courageous, Impactful & Nimble
  • Available to start your full-time career on 3rd March 2025

Training, development & rotations

You'll complete an additional 6-month rotation aligned to your individual career pathway within technology or a complementary engineering, operations, or commercial function as part of your initial two-year program to develop broad internal relationships and a wide business perspective.
