How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Very good/knowledgeable managers. Communication lines are very open, monthly recognition for work and awards. Quarterly recognition also.

Managers are really good, they schedule regular one on one catch ups, and prioritize it just as much as their regular work, keeping you in the loop of business side of things as well as mentoring your career progression.

A good check-in system and reviews to manage development and performance feedback.

We have fortnightly meetings to discuss whatever and I really enjoy those since some weeks I feel like I need some feedback/input on how I've been going.
