An online application followed by a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager at a university careers fair. After this, a "Superday" was scheduled where I was invited to the office to gain a better understanding of what Appian does followed by a series of interviews with senior employees. The Superday was closed out with a more relaxed-feeling dinner in order to socialise with the office and get a better feel of the company culture.

A lot of questions about my background and prior experiences as well as what I like to do for fun and what I do on my weekends.
