THE ROLE -

This role will provide direct support to the Product Manager, as well as accountability across product production, product execution and operations. Working closely with the Product Manager and Operations Team, this role will support the development and delivery of exciting and appealing products, whilst ensuring best practice product administration and planning services.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Generate ideas and contribute to product development
  • Assist in managing the relationship with key stakeholders
  • Assist with Tour Planning and scheduling
  • Develop excellent working relationships with all relevant suppliers and product teams
  • Assist Product Manager with tour planning as required
  • Creation of Itineraries, product training
  • Work closely with Digital marketing team to ensure administration of product offers
  • Assist with controlling Group allocations and all associated inventory management
  • Assist Product Manager in controlling product costs to budget

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL NEED:

  • An understanding of discerning travellers and luxury markets
  • Ability to effectively work within a small team
  • Proven understanding of Product development and delivery
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork with an ability to form effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage yield and evaluate market activity
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive and innovative approach to new tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
