With presence across all Australia’s states, joining the Rail team will enable you with first-hand experience with industry leaders who will provide you with training & development, like mentorship, and exposure to clients like Sydney metro, Sydney trains, TfNSW, and challenging projects like large scale Rail Infrastructure with scope involving HV, Substations, Stations, corridor works, earthing and bonding, EMC, OHW, LXRP, signalling, communications, protection and control that can strengthen your portfolio as an Electrical Engineer.  

With teams across Australia, joining our National Rail team will see you working on large scale rail infrastructure projects. Your scope on projects can cover HV, Substations, electrical components of station design, corridor works, earthing and bonding, EMC, OHW, LXRP, signalling, communications as well as protection and control. You’ll work closely with a very experienced team, across a number of projects for both private and government clients.  

Qualifications & Experience 

First and foremost, you have a passion for improving the quality of life. You share our values – People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity and:  

  • Be graduating in 2024 or have recently graduated from a degree relevant to the space we work.   
  • Have passion for the work that we do in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.  
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, Growth-Mindset, and the ability in enduring working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Have innovative thinking, self-motivation, and enthusiasm about driving your own career development.
