The graduate program is a minimum of 2 years, after which you can be promoted to a consultant level. Levels are clearly staged moving from graduate, to consultant, senior consultant, then principal consultant. Management opportunities are available at the senior level.

Promotions seem very strict within this company and usually come with a time requirement rather than it being based on merit

Very unclear as to the steps to take to progress in my career - when I asked my line manager what I needed to do to be promoted, they had no idea. Also, it's very project based so if you get to work on projects that 'allow' you to progress then you can go to the next level.

I have not experienced it myself but I have heard from quite a few people that promotions are hard to gain here and usually takes longer than other companies.
