I have always had managers who invest in me and my development. They make sure I get the opportunities I want. Feedback is something you have to seek yourself but I have always received constructive feedback when I have asked for it.

My manager is great and very supportive, although because I'm not based in the office I don't see him enough. I also have a mentor who is a senior leader in the company which has been fantastic
