You will help to assist our clients to make data-driven and informed decisions for asset portfolios through our Commercial Advisory capability.

We are actively seeking a talented Graduate Consultant for our Commercial Advisory team. You will be a trusted partner to a diverse range of national clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. If you're passionate about driving operational excellence, optimising processes, and delivering exceptional results, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

• Assist with business consulting projects helping clients to improve organisational functions and/or large scale, multi-year programs through transformation, problem-solving and creating innovative and fit for purpose solutions.
• Develop deliverables in a fast-paced environment and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Use data and extensive analytics to better understand client problems, requirements and advise on pathways to solutions.
• Assist with commercial, program and project diagnostic assurance reviews to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Manage engagements and establish relationships with teams & client personnel.

What are we looking for from you? 

First and foremost, you will be ready to make an impact. You’ll have, or will be graduating soon with a formal qualification in:  

• Business, Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Technology, Science, Engineering or related degree.
• You will have completed all studies and have the ability to work full time from February 2025.

Along with:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling delivery of exceptional quality deliverables, reports and presentations.
• Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Enthusiasm and a thirst for continuous learning to help shape the future.
