IT Support and Network Intern null

This is an internship opportunity where the intern will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical experience in the following key areas:

IT Support:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for employees.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

Network Maintenance:

• Assist in maintaining and configuring network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Gain knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and subnetting.
• Collaborate in network monitoring and performance optimization tasks.
• Support the implementation of network security measures to safeguard data and
• resources.

Hardware and Software Management:

• Work with IT inventory management, including tracking and cataloging hardware and software assets.
• Assist in software installation and updates, ensuring licensing compliance.
• Gain exposure to server administration and data backup procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and update technical documentation, including network diagrams and user guides.
• Generate reports on IT support activities and network performance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT team.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to troubleshoot complex issues and learn from their expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and networking.

This internship is available through AI Professional Internship Program, which includes a fee range of $1,650-$2,200 (incl. GST) and includes:
