What youโ€™ll do   

As a Human Resource graduate, youโ€™ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the capability and manage our most important asset โ€“ our people.  

You'll be part of a team that involved directly with shaping the future of the agency through in a range of procedural, operational and administrative human resource tasks and activities. You could: 

  • apply knowledge, skills and experience to understand, analyse and maintain human resource records and data
  • work collaborative with a supportive team to provide advice and information on a range of human resource topics to clients and stakeholders
  • liaise with clients and stakeholder to understand their specific needs and interpret a variety of legislation, policies and procedures to provide advice and information.

Who can apply 

To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements.  

The program starts in February 2025. You must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.
