This position is available as a Stream 2 (rotational) option based in SA, VIC and NSW.

What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

  • Communicate with multiple functions and teams via the BAE People Hub, assisting in all areas of the business
  • Engage in individual and team projects/work in a generalist space
  • Be involved with Performance and Talent management
  • Gain experience within the Rewards Function
  • Receive opportunities to expand your knowledge over many HR related functions and teams to gain a broad understanding of the BAE Human Resources function
