Our People Advisory team, offer a range of solutions across a comprehensive range of HR services that are tailored to enhance productivity, attract top talent, reduce administrative overheads, and mitigate risk. They deliver customised solutions to our clients, including workforce analytics, workforce capability, leadership and succession planning, culture and engagement, and human resource operations.

What you’ll do:  

As a People Advisory Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:  

  • Assist with developing customised strategies for workforce, capability and HR Operations
  • Assist with providing advice on fostering positive workplace culture and leadership development
  • Design comprehensive plans for organisational performance
  • Utilise analytics to propose efficient solutions and analyse outcomes and develop implementation plans for success.

What you’ll offer:  

  • You will be in your final year or have recently completed a Psychology, HR or relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Your ability to commence full-time in January 2025.
