Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Office culture is inclusive and a good social environment. Can be challenging when under the pump but overall a great place to work. Although there are upper and lower management, everyone is treated equally and all opinions are heard.

CPB has a well diverse culture. All members from different teams are welcoming and happy to have quick chat for any enquiries. Managers could get busy sometimes and could get hard to contact. other than that they are reachable for advice and mentoring.

Everyone is approachable, supportive and diverse in the office. They are always open to have a chat whether it be work-related or personal. In the company, the structure and hierarchy, gives everybody a chance to speak and share their own ideas to other employees within or outside of their team. You're always welcome to communicate and share your thoughts, which brings strong communication and teamwork amongst colleagues.

In office culture is dependent on the team and the role. On site varies significantly to in the office. On site, everyone is a lot more animated and "rough", whereas the office is much more professional. The hierarchy is quite well managed in the office. Outside of work, relationships with certain people are quite strong, and we can have a chat about things other than work. Social gatherings are rare, and mainly occurs at the Christmas Party.

The company's culture values respect for all employees and ensuring that each person is valued and cared for when they step into work and goes home safe. The teams that I have been also value a work-life balance and make sure that work relationships go beyond just the workplace and team bonding is valued as well

The companies culture can be really hit and miss. Site personnel can get along really well, you become a team and almost a family. That being said, people can get frustrated with the higher ups when site issues are ignored or watered down instead of addressed head on.

The culture stems from the ideals of the construction industry, which is tough and rigorous. However it is also rewarding. At times staff are allocated too sparse with the engineer turnover rate increasing.

The company's culture in the office is awesome, we always help each other even we are from different departments, there is no discrimination between female and male workers on the site, and also the bosses who always help their subordinates when they have difficulties, likewise, after hours we always gather together without discriminating between position and gender.

The deadline for project is super tight, we barely have our free time during the peak periods. We have to OT everyday in order to finish the work.
Graduate, Hong Kong - 25 Feb 2022
Socializing within teams i have been exposed to is quite limited. during work hours and after hours. Very structured in hierarchy although I havent felt disconnected between management which is quite refreshing and often talk with senior members and managers within the business. Office culture however is definitely in need of improvement post COVID
