Initial contact over the phone with an option to do a phone interview on the spot or arrange an alternative day. A few weeks after the phone interview, I received a phone back notifying me I have moved to the next stage of face to face interviews. The face to face interview was completed virtually due to Covid restrictions.

I was interviewed by the project manager of the two projects that I will be working on, the data center project director, and the HR manager. The interview process was carried out after the technical assessment process was carried out. During the interview I was asked to explain my answer from the technical assessment that I had done, then I was asked questions related to the answer and case study from the technical assessment.

They wanted to hear about how I reacted, how I solved problems, etc. I also needed to give a small presentation with a topic I was given two days earlier. I needed to talk about this topic for 5 minutes and answer the question provided.
