What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
As a graduate, i am satisfied.
Graduate, Melbourne - 21 Mar 2022
I think the pay is great, and I'm not complaining.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Mar 2022
I believe my company has one of the highest pay in the field and position I am, however, there could be some additional bonuses/allowances for site engineers.
Graduate, Melbourne - 15 Mar 2022
In-adequate compared to the hours worked by the delivery team
Graduate, Melbourne - 15 Mar 2022
Good pay, good payrises
Graduate, Melbourne - 15 Mar 2022
in 2 years, I have received no bonuses. I was told that bonuses are given, but no-one has approached me regarding it although I have asked. I received $5000 after my first year, and $15000 after my second year, both inclusive of superannuation.
Midlevel, Sydney - 14 Mar 2022
They are quite generous.
Graduate, Brisbane - 02 Mar 2022
Pay is very good at the company and you rise quickly. Due to COVID I haven't received a bonus yet
Graduate, Brisbane - 02 Mar 2022
I am unaware if my company does bonuses, if they do I have never received one. The general pay is good for a grad programme but a bonus etc. would be nice
Graduate, Brisbane - 01 Mar 2022
The grad package is good, however in comparison with the works and hours conducted it equates to a low figure.
Graduate - 01 Mar 2022
The salary is quite satisfactory, but for bonuses, there is only a hardship allowance. The hardship allowance in Indonesia is only available for projects outside Java. Maybe consider giving another bonus to the project inside Java
Graduate, Bintuni Bay, West Papua - 25 Feb 2022
The salary is satisfactory. but There are no bonuses for site employee.
Graduate, Hong Kong - 25 Feb 2022
Pay is competitive bonuses do not apply to me yet
Graduate, South Brisbane - 25 Feb 2022
The pay and bonuses are very good than other company in my country. But the bonuses depend on the area you are working on.
Graduate, Sorowako, East Luwu - 24 Feb 2022
As a graduate you have to be realistic with your pay and also balance pay up with the opportunity to learn. I think CIMIC offers a good balance of these things.
Graduate, Brisbane - 23 Feb 2022
No opinion at the current time.
Midlevel, Sydney - 23 Feb 2022
Not ideal - particularly when moving on from graduate program. Several graduates leave for higher paying jobs because company offers are not competitive enough. Also poor communication on bonuses and how to be eligible
Midlevel, Perth - 23 Feb 2022
The pay is quite good for a graduate. I have not heard about receiving bonuses at all.
Graduate, North Sydney - 23 Feb 2022
Pay seems okay, and I believe there has been movement to bring it on parity and be more competitive with the market
Graduate, Brisbane - 23 Feb 2022
Doesn't happen often enough and this contributes to resignations. Doesn't compare to other companies doing similar work who can pay more.
Graduate - 22 Feb 2022
