It's very easy to talk to anyone in the company. The grads keep in touch with each other outside of work and meet up after work occasionally among the grads. The office environment is very inviting and inclusive.

Good culture, some in office presence but quite hybrid, lots of people often on client site or working from home. Not a lot of work later than 6/7pm and no weekend work so far. Regular events like back to base parties to encourage more people into offices.

Not much culture as most people work from home. Hence, not much access and exposure to senior managers, especially as a graduate. There is also not much communication on the career progression available for graduates.

In the office, everyone is very friendly and approachable. The hierarchy is linear. Everyone has good teamwork and cooperation in projects I've worked in so far. If colleagues are in the office, we usually go for lunch. Every Thursday, we have after office catchups.
