Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in CommBank’s 10-week Global Markets Summer Analyst Program (GMSA) – the perfect start to a career in Global Markets.  

Are you ready to kick start your career at one of Australia’s biggest banks? Our Global Markets team sits within Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) and is responsible for the Trading & Sales activities in financial markets. Being an Analyst on the program will expose you to areas such as Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Fixed Income and Interest Rate Products.

Being part of the GMSA Program means you’ll: 

  • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive trading floor, taking on meaningful work in a global marketplace 
  • Gain exposure to a number of teams across Global Markets through dedicated learning sessions 
  • Have the opportunity to receive a part-time position in Global Markets as you await your transition into a full-time role at the end of your degree (2025 commencement). 

You’ll need to be available for the full 10-week internship period from 25 November 2024 to 31 January 2025. 

In your application, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know which Global Markets team(s) you’re interested in joining and why. We’ll take your preferences into consideration however we’ll invite you to interview in the team(s) where your skills are most aligned.
