We have social groups. We have a whole team dedicated to inclusion and diversity. We also have benefits and perks related to work/life balances in our contracts such as child care, maternity leave etc.

It's hard to comment on diversity with respect to minority groups I'm not a part of (LGBT/ethnic minorities), however I will say that it is that the company diveristy is the largest out of any I've worked before. They have a generous maternity leave package and childcare facilities at the Sydney office but would be nice if these perks were extended to other offices in Australia.

I do believe CBA is almost on par (if not already is on par) with the gender ratio. I have found a wide variety of people from varying ethnic backgrounds at the bank.

There is a lot of work done for diversity in women in leadership. The personal information is also voluntary so we don't have the full picture. There was a lot of comms being sent out to support LGBT+ community last week and activation areas however there could be more work done for LGBT+ and ethnic minorities in leadership.

Around 30-40% women in my area but seem to be working toward more diversity. Many teams based in India.
