Read moreThe CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for university undergraduate and postgraduate students in their second last year of study.
Our program is focused on giving you hands-on experience and enhancing your future skills through learning and development opportunities all whilst working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.
Throughout your program journey, you’ll be supported with a dedicated Program Manager, line manager and one of our current graduates with exposure to various teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply to and be considered for early offers to join our award-winning Graduate Program for the following year.
As an intern at CSL, you’ll find out what it takes to deliver on our promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world.
As an Intern in the I&T stream, you may be placed into roles within a variety of I&T departments such as I&T Service Delivery, Infrastructure, R&D or Manufacturing Platforms. Overall, you will learn and utilise problem solving, digital-data & analytics and communication skills to provide a robust delivery of I&T services to the CSL Australian Manufacturing, R&D and Commercial businesses.
You will have the chance to:
Deliver on digital capital projects to upgrade core infrastructure and application ecosystems
- Embed within business operations and governance processes to ensure products are delivered on time to our patients
- Review, define and implement new Service Delivery metrics to ensure the stable delivery of I&T services
- Design, build and implement digital, data and analytic solutions within our R&D and Manufacturing businesses to drive enterprise value and standardisation
- Extensive Opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies
Preferred degrees / disciplines: Computer & Data Science – LLM and GenAI - Programme / Change Management, Application Development
