Diversity - reference to women in the workplace: whilst this is a big focus, it's still a work on progress and the number of women higher up the corporate ladder are considered a minority.

I believe Deloitte provides one of the most diverse culture to everyone. You do notice some racial bias at times but overall, it is pretty good.

There is a second office in the western suburbs to provide accessibility for those living further away from the Sydney CBD area.
