Eligibility:

• Tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following areas: Bachelor of Information Technology, Bachelor of Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Full Australian working rights must be held from when you start with the department and maintained throughout your employment.
• A criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment as this role has access to sensitive data

Your role:

TMR Business Analysts are key facilitators, acting as a bridge between the business areas and technical teams.

You will identify and apply good practice methodologies and professional ethics, attend meetings with stakeholders, create and deliver case diagrams, user stories and functional requirements analysis.

You will analyse and compare current state to future desired state and use design thinking and consultation and effectively manage positive change.

The registration and licensing systems team includes a unit of technical staff undertaking development and maintenance activities associated with large complex computing system to support TMR’s registration and licensing products.
