Eligibility:

  • Tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following areas: Bachelor of Archaeology, Anthropology, Social Science, Heritage Management, Heritage Conservation, or an equivalent and relevant qualification.

Your role:

With the diversity of our projects and organisation, you will get opportunities that private organisations can’t offer. You may move into alternative fields such as project management and will develop transferrable skills to move into leadership focused roles as you gain experience.   

As a Cultural Heritage Officer Graduate, you will support the Technical Services team on cultural heritage related issues and assist with the management of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and European/Historical cultural heritage required for infrastructure works. You will work with experienced TMR Cultural Heritage Officers and receive guidance and mentoring.   

TMR graduates have the opportunity to complete rotations across Southern Queensland Region. This provides you with opportunities to develop your skills and business capability, along with technical and on-the-job training provided by local teams as well as access to a mentor.
