Working Hours at Dulux Group

Our work hours are the standard 38hrs/week. You are not expected to work over that. The company is pretty flexible start times as long as you complete your hours and are reasonably flexible with WFH days as well. Because a lot of our work is in the lab, we do not typically WFH but if something comes up, the managers are reasonable about taking occasional WFH days. There are also people who work part time, and the company is flexible about accommodating this as well.

Very flexible, as long as you do your 8 hours, the business is usually very happy for you to arrive as early or later as you'd like.

People work on different schedules, but most corporate staff work 38-hour week. Working hours are not strict, but most people do more or less the standard 8 hours in office, with some exceptions for busier periods, and flexibility for arrival time. People tend to arrive between 8:30-9:30. There are quite a few people (mostly mothers after coming back from maternity leave) who work 3-4 days a week. There is also about a 50-50 split with working in office and WFH, but flexibility in terms of days. Often teams will try to come into office on the same days.
