Wake up and go for a quick jog.

8.15 AM

Have a shower, get dressed for work and eat some overnight oats for breakfast.

8.30 AM

Log onto my computer and start the day by checking my emails and messages. I’ll check my schedule to see what I have in store for the day.

9.00 AM

Morning catch-up with the Data Science team. We discuss what we are going to be working on for the day.

9.30 AM

I’ll dive into my work for the day for the next few hours. I’ll likely have a few meetings with business stakeholders to discuss anything we are working on together. I make sure to give myself a few breaks during this time to refresh myself and stretch.

12.30 PM

Time for lunch. I’ll usually end up having some premade pasta and chicken or some bagels.

1.00 PM

Back into work. Most of my work for the day involves getting data using SQL, analysing it with R and Python and visualising it in Power BI.

4.30 PM

Final catch-up for the day with the Data Science team again. We will discuss how our days went, the troubles we had and plans for the afternoon and weekend.

5.00 PM

I’m finished for the day. I’ll usually chill out and go to the shops if needed.

6.30 PM

Dinner Time

8.30 PM

Off to the gym.

11.00 PM

Bedtime for me so I am rested for work tomorrow unless I have my fortnightly RDO tomorrow!
