As a Graduate with Essential Energy, you will be working as part of a supportive team to kick start your career with our three-year program and be part of exciting projects, using cutting edge technology in an industry that is going through an exciting transition, all while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Opportunity 

As a graduate working in our Safety team, you will work as part of a close supportive team that play a vital role in ensuring our people lead a healthy lifestyle that has meaning and purpose through effective delivery of holistic health support. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and departments within Essential Energy, with no two days being the same.  

You will undertake a diverse range of duties including support with injury and illness case management, assist with Health Program delivery and managing Workers Compensation processes, giving you the ability to develop your expertise with the opportunity for career growth and development in the future.

About you

To be eligible to apply for these opportunities you will need to have:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent ; and
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
