Opportunity

Through joining our Sustainability team as a graduate, you will be joining a team that plays an integral role in Essential Energy’s approach to a range of sustainability challenges and opportunities. From helping to respond to climate change, to empowering our people and enabling regional development and resilient communities. You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate and experienced team, with a holistic approach to sustainability.   

You will be collaborating and liaising with internal and external stockholders and helping to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, as well as assisting with sustainability data management, governance, reporting and communications. We will consider people with any bachelor’s degree, provided you are interested in building a career in sustainability in the energy sector. The future is exciting for Essential Energy, with opportunities to play a leading role in enabling the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy, as well as helping regional NSW communities to benefit from the emerging net zero economy.   • Recently completed a Bachelor of Sustainability, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Environmental Science or equivalent ; and
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
