Yalari

FTI Consulting Australia are proud partners of Yalari, an incredible organisation that provides Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities across Australia the opportunity to receive a full boarding school scholarship for their entire secondary education. As part of our partnership, we sponsor a Yalari tertiary bursary, host an intern annually and host various fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
 

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

In July 2024, we launched our second RAP. Following our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (2022-23), which served as a foundational framework to explore FTI Consulting's capacity for reconciliation, this marked our transition to the Innovate stage.

This Innovate RAP, valid for two years, will guide us in implementing a range of new and exciting reconciliation initiatives. As we progress on this journey, we remain committed to listening, building meaningful relationships, and integrating new learnings into our daily operations, all while upholding the highest level of respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
