What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I think the pay is reasonable but not competitive. Other consulting firms pay significantly higher salaries and bonuses.

Not too sure what the bonuses will be but pay seems to be above market average which is appealing.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Perks are awesome at FTI, we receive discounts on practically everything you can buy which is very useful. this includes gym membership, food shopping, smart and casual clothing, flights, accommodation and much more.

Work perks provides discounts for major Australian retailers (eg. Woolies, Rebel sport). FTI also provide a fitness subsidy.
